We do our very best to make sure your order arrives in the best condition as we take great care in how we package your items. If your product does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will request you take a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and if approved, we will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund.

In addition, we work very hard to match the colors of your photos and images to be as close to the originals as possible. We however cannot always guarantee they will match exactly. If you're concerned about how the colors will turn out, please contact us.
